When you click 'Send Order,' an email with all of the above information will be created. Please attach the photo that you would like to use to the email (or note that you will be mailing it). If you plan to mail the picture, someone will be in touch with the location of where to mail. If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you within 24 hours. Before we proceed with creating your pendant, we will email you a quote of the total price. Your card will not be charged until we begin processing your order after your approval. Please note that once we begin processing your order, no changes can be made and we will not be able to honor returns, due to the custom nature of our designs.
